Machine-knitted resort wear
A machine-knitted yellow two-piece and sarong, photographed on the beach.
In her paper Diplomacy in Fiber, Tara uses this piece and Winter Wonderland as examples of her machine knitting, and explains the yellow as a colour for warmth and energy.
The photographs, taken on the shore and in the dunes behind it, were set into a web page design. The project file also holds the mood board, a colour reference and two knit charts, shown below.
